By playing Sunday Drive you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Free to play
The game is free for personal use with cars, the bike, the truck and the bus. You may share links to the site with anyone.
Accounts
You can sign in with your Google account to collect points and appear on the leaderboards. Choose a name that is not offensive and does not pretend to be someone else; we may change or remove names that break this. Points are worked out by our server from your drives; we may remove points or accounts that cheat.
Premium
Premium unlocks boats and planes without a time limit, with races, tests and points. Without premium you can try boats and planes free for five minutes a day. Premium is sold as a monthly subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase; the current prices are shown on the premium page and at checkout. A subscription renews every month until you cancel it, and you can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email; it then stays active until the end of the month you paid for. "Lifetime" means for as long as the game is offered.
Payments and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a purchase, for any reason, through Paddle (paddle.net) or by writing to us.
Please don't
Copy, resell or republish the game or its parts on another site, or try to disrupt the service for other players.
As it is
The game is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or stop it at any time. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss from using it.
Ownership
The game, its code, graphics and text belong to Yuda Recht. The 3D library three.js is used under its MIT licence.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

חינם
המשחק חינמי לשימוש אישי עם המכוניות, האופנוע, המשאית והאוטובוס. מותר לשתף קישורים לאתר עם כל אחד.
חשבונות
אפשר להתחבר עם חשבון Google כדי לצבור נקודות ולהופיע בטבלאות השיאים. יש לבחור שם שאינו פוגעני ואינו מתחזה לאחר; אנחנו רשאים לשנות או להסיר שמות כאלה. הנקודות מחושבות בשרת שלנו לפי הנסיעות שלך; אנחנו רשאים להסיר נקודות או חשבונות שמרמים.
פרימיום
פרימיום פותח סירות ומטוסים בלי הגבלת זמן, עם מרוצים, מבחנים ונקודות. בלי פרימיום אפשר לנסות סירות ומטוסים בחינם חמש דקות ביום. פרימיום נמכר כמנוי חודשי או כרכישה חד־פעמית לתמיד; המחירים העדכניים מופיעים בעמוד הפרימיום ובעת התשלום. מנוי מתחדש כל חודש עד שמבטלים אותו, ואפשר לבטל בכל עת דרך הקישור במייל הקבלה; הוא נשאר פעיל עד סוף החודש ששולם. "לתמיד" פירושו כל עוד המשחק מוצע.
תשלומים והחזרים
תהליך ההזמנה מתבצע על ידי המשווק המקוון שלנו Paddle.com, שהוא המוכר הרשמי (Merchant of Record) בכל ההזמנות, ומטפל בפניות שירות ובהחזרים. אפשר לבקש החזר מלא תוך 14 יום מהרכישה, מכל סיבה, דרך Paddle (paddle.net) או בכתיבה אלינו.
בבקשה לא
להעתיק, למכור או לפרסם מחדש את המשחק או חלקים ממנו באתר אחר, או לנסות לשבש את השירות לשחקנים אחרים.
כמות שהוא
המשחק ניתן כמות שהוא, בלי התחייבות שיהיה זמין תמיד או נקי משגיאות. אנחנו רשאים לשנות, להשהות או להפסיק אותו בכל עת. ככל שהחוק מתיר, איננו אחראים לנזק כלשהו מהשימוש בו.
בעלות
המשחק, הקוד, הגרפיקה והטקסטים שייכים ליהודה רכט. ספריית התלת־ממד three.js משמשת לפי רישיון MIT.
דין
על התנאים האלה חלים דיני מדינת ישראל.
